Windows 10: There was a problem with audio playback after updating the Laptop

Hello, I would really need help with restoring the sound of my laptop, yesterday I updated it, and today I see the sound stopped working, as if there is no source, although yesterday it worked well before the update, can you help with this?

Playback Audio

To separate your speakers and headphones into their own playback devices on Windows, you can follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the volume icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds".
   
2. In the Sounds window, go to the "Playback" tab.
   
3. Right-click on the audio device you want to split (e.g. "Speakers") and select "Properties".
   
4. In the Properties window, go to the "Advanced" tab.
   
5. Under "Default Format", select a format that is compatible with your audio device (e.g. "16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)").
   
6. Check the box next to "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
   
7. Click "Apply" and then "OK".
   
8. Right-click on the audio device again and select "Configure Speakers".
   
9. Select the appropriate speaker setup (e.g. "Stereo") and click "Next".
   
10. Select the audio device you want to use as your default playback device (e.g. "Speakers") and click "Next".
    
11. Test your audio device by playing sound and verifying that it is playing through the correct device.
    

Repeat these steps for any additional audio devices you want to split. Once completed, you should see separate playback devices for each audio device in the Sounds window.

I'm reaching out for assistance with an audio playback issue that has surfaced after updating my Windows 10 operating system. Following the update, I've encountered difficulties with audio output from my computer.

Specifically, there is no sound coming from the speakers or headphones connected to my system. Despite checking the volume settings and ensuring that the audio devices are properly connected, I'm still unable to hear any sound.

I've attempted to update audio drivers and troubleshoot the issue through various methods suggested online, but so far, none have been successful in restoring audio functionality.

No Sound/Audio in Dell Laptop

Hello Guys, I have a relatively new laptop (7 months old) I did a windows update today and after that laptop audio says no audio hardware found. There is X symbol on audio in notification tray. I did the usual uninstall reinstall etc no use. I go to device manager and I don't see the sound tab to expand. Under system devices, there is a error for Intel Audio system Bus. when I right click sound and click playback, I don't see any devices listed either. What would be my next troubleshooting step, please help Thanks
