    When trying to print on an HP DesignJet 500 24" large format with Bluebeam I received the following:"there was an error creating the print job.\n6". With Adobe Acrobat "The document could not print. An error occurred while printing'. It is a new 64 bit Lenovo w/ Win10. Has been printing fine for 6 months. Stopped printing after recent Windows 10 update. HP specific drivers are installed. It's been over 10 days so it won't let me uninstall the update.

    How do I get functionality of my plotter back? I have seen this issue posted since 2016 and no good solutions.

    I googled the error message I received and there was a similar thread which indicated that the reply was on a microsoft forum. After being unable to find said forum I tried using a post to see if in fact the issue was with microsoft. The printer is an
    HP DesignJet 800. Neither Bluebeam Vu or Adobe Acrobat DC standard are able to print the file.

    When trying to print on an HP large format print with Bluebeam Vu, I received the following: "there was an error creating the print job.\n6".

    I had this same problem yesterday with HP Design Jet 500 , In my Blue Beam app in the start menu there were two options to start the program. BlueBeamVu and BlueBeamVu (32 bit) , I am operating on an all in one Dell with Win10 and printing to a HP Design
    Jet 500.

    My assumption was to use the regular program as I thought 32 bit was a thing of the past and despite my system stating that it is 64 bit the plain program did not function for printing.

    This may be because of the Driver for the printer being older or because there is an incompatibility with the program and Win10. Im no programmer but when 32 bit is the only option on a 64 bit system , something doesn't add up.

    In the end I used the 32 bit version and was able to print my plans and other PDF's that were not printing in Adobe Reader.
