    I've been everywhere trying to solve this and it appears to be beyond Microsoft's capability.I try to send a phone verification but get "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."1. My cache was cleared2. Tried several browsers3. Tried raising a ticket - nothingDo I give up at this point? also how are other people able to go nuts with passwords and lock someone out? Does this mean we can all go and lock each other's passwords out if we find an email and spam it? sounds like a really dumb system.
