    Suggestion in post 2 is good first step. When you attempt to print, is this printer selection dialog visible to select the HP printer, like on mine-

    If it does, select the HP and go to the Settings screen in post 2 again and check the box to 'Let Windows manage my default printer'. This will push your last used printer into the main printer box (Save as PDF in my screenshot).
    Also recommend downloading the HP Smart app from the MS Store. This app can detect and install the printer, check ink levels, debug problems and let you do all your print, scan function right from within.

    How do I find my cpus stepping?

    LMFAO!!! You need the stepping plus the date of manufacture to tell if the CPU is any good, and you need to read it directly off the CPU. Guessing by what CPU-Z says is never a good idea. Half the time CPU-Z reads things wrong anyways.

    How do I uninstall F-Secure

    How do you know its F-Secure that is using the Data ? Which phone do you have ? If there are any IM / WhatsApp like applications installed..they may be the real culprits..
