    Update KB890830 is stuck at 55%

    The Windows Update setting shows that Updates are available (KB890830) but is stuck on "Downloading updates 55%". It has been like this since 8th September. I can't see how to restart or cancel this update. Any suggestions?

    Windows 10 Update Stuck at 55%

    Hi,

    I checked to see if I had a third party virus scanner, but I had none.

    I also tried your 3-step guide, but my update once again got stuck at 55%. I left it at 55% for 10 hours until I shut down the PC.

    Windows update cleanup not clearing

    It seems in 2004 that after the current monthly update, 55 MB is continuously reported for windows update cleanup after running a cleanup.

    Personally I wouldn't worry about it if you're seeing the same.
