Windows 10: These apps wont uninstall, chrome apps

Hello,Today or at the day of june 9th 2024. i start having a issue where netflix, disney+, Spotify, Soundcloud, Github and Mykaty cloud do not uninstall after they dont open.I tried uninstalling but they dont even uninstall and its very stupid as im planning to get the apps from microsoft store or directly from the website.I tried to delete them through settings, control panel, Start and file explorer, i even tried from chrome as they were google chrome apps but it does not work,How do i fix?As you can see in control panel, the following apps are not here but they are still installed

No outlook.com app shortcut icon in chrome

Uninstalling chrome make's the chrome Outlook.com app https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/hotmail checker i use, disappear from chrome as a shortcut next to the star button for bookmarks and the settings button where i have adblock and google chromecast icon

How do i get it back, i use windows 8.1 64 bit, extremly annoying that i can't get this icon,button back in chrome, please help me *Smile

 

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?

TechPowerUp Android App 2016

In the google play store can you update or remove the TPU app?
My phone tries to "update" it everytime and last time I did the "update" the app was linking the forum to google chrome again.
It's version 4.4, or is this the version without linking to google chrome?
