Windows 10: These errors have been plaguing me for the past 5 months, making my PC constantly crash.

I am begging for some help. Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?

 

PC runs extremely slow after booting up a game on Steam, How do I fix?

In the last 2 months I've been plagued by issues with my PC. 2 month ago it would crash constantly with no reason, 1 month ago (after the initial crashing stopped) it would crash after 5-10 mins of playing a game on steam. Now after updating my BIOS, checking for malware/viruses, updating to windows 11, checking RAM stability, checking CPU and applying new thermal paste... it now runs insanely slow after booting up a game on steam. I reinstalled steam checked thru its files and the games I was playing, but have found nothing. My last ditch effort was resetting the PC but to no avail, I am at a complete loss. Can someone please help me I don't know what to do.
