Tooltip of a close button of a window

Hi, I am a windows user and recently I went to a situation in which I opened up different Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 instances this makes my system little bit hanging. I wanted to close one of the project to release the RAM but due to lagging I closed
the wrong one since the name of the instance was on the left side, opposite to the close, button and then I had to reopen that again. This happens to me many times.

Being a developer, I have two suggestions

1. To add the instance or file name to the close button tooltip such as "Close MyDemoApplication" instead of simple "Close".

2. The time taken for the appearance the tooltip should be reduced to 0 sec or as much ( as I am not aware what dependencies could be there).

This can notify the user on the spot that which instance are they about to close rather looking on to the other side of the window. May be we can start the pros and cons for this suggestion.

 

N80 MobileBrowser cannot be closed with 'End' Button

Yes sometimes the 'END' button does close some apps, but if you ever need to do something else and keep the existing app open, just press and HOLD the menu button, bottom left middle on closed phone and a list will appear on left hand side of screen with
all applications that are currently open. To start a new app scroll UP/DOWN on the list to select STANDBY mode, this will take you to the main standby screen leaving the existing applications open and free to open up another app. For speed, if you ever need
to close any of the apps in the list just highlight them and press C, it will then ask you if you wish to close this app, SELECT YES or NO!! To get back to the app you were on previously, again HOLD MENU select the app from the list!

Close button stuck on desktop

I figured it out. It appears to be an issue with a recent update to Microsoft Teams. Teams was the only application I had that ran on startup and I was able to get it to show the close button after closing the window if it was on my primary monitor and
not maximized. Relaunching Teams, maximizing, and then closing would make the orphaned close button disappear. I was then able to have my coworker reproduce the experience on their PC.
