Windows 10: Thick Bezel with my theme color all of the sudden showing up on all "windowed" application...

I just noticed this a couple of weeks ago and I have no idea where to find settings to turn them off. I have included a picture of the problem. The red border around the sticky note (for this example) is what I am talking about. This also happens on any other windowed program (anything not full screen including chrome, any game, discord, etc.) Not sure if this has anything to do with the most recent update or not. Thanks for the help.

Personalize colors and themes on Windows 10

Hi,

To assist you with your concern on the pictures being dark on Windows 10, you can try to play around with the colors and themes that will suit you.

Here are the steps to customize your color and theme:

• Click on Windows logo.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Personalization.
• Select Colors.
• Make sure that the Automatically pick an accent color from my background is turned off.
• Select the color that you like from the grid of colors.

Win-10 themes keep changing

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.
