Windows 10: Thick colored distracting borders for windows that I can't get rid of.

Hello there, recently I restarted my computer and when it turned back on there was a prompt to install Windows 11. I want to stay on Windows 10 for now, so I declined. When I signed in for some reason there is now a thick border around almost every window in the accent color that I can't get rid of. It is really distracting to me and I prefer the default borders. The navigation bar on the file explorer is also white for whatever reason even though my computer is in dark mode.I don't have accent colors applied to title bars and borders in the personalization settings.If anyone could help me wit

Thanks for the feedback. We missed one thing in adjusting the border size. Please follow the above steps, but in step 5, instead of
PaddedBorderWidth, double click BorderWidth and set it to 0.

To change the color of the title bar to white, follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Personalization.
• In the left pane, click Colors.
• Look for Show color on title bar and toggle it Off.

Windows 10 media player cannot change video border color.

I just upgraded to Windows 10 on 2 PC's and noticed on both machines I cannot change the video border color in Media Player. I followed the steps to do so in the "Performance" tab in the settings option. The current color is white and is very distracting.
In the Performance tab, the default color shown is black, but no matter what color I choose, the border remains "White". Again, this is the case on both machines. Is this a bug or maybe a glitch. How can this be changed?

What you've experienced is pretty unusual. For us to isolate this issue further, we would like to ask the following information:

• What's the current version and edition of your Windows 10?
• Since when did you observe this problem?
• Did you make any changes or perform any updates before this happened?
  

In the meantime, let's ensure that you're using one of the Windows default themes. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click the Windows key and select Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization, then Personalization.
• Under Change the visuals and sounds on your computer, look for
  Windows Default Themes and make sure to select one of them.
• Close the Personalization window.

After doing the above steps, please try to check if the borders and the title bar color is back to default.
