Windows 10: Thinking I have irreversibly lost the use of my pc in win 11 reinstall

I was having too many conflictions with my install of 11 about a month ago. I decided to re-install. It got in a loop asking the same questions. Some place I read do a hard shutdown and restart. * When I restart it shows the newer blue windows logo for a time or two, a regular occurrence.* Then goes to an irregular window not seen before that asks Language Currency format and Keyboard type.* NEXT* I can click on Repair Your Computer or Install now. * Repair shows Trouble Shoot and Turn off Your PC* Troubleshoot gives the typical 6 Advanced options. Repair reports cannot repair. System Restore

Windows 11 reinstall

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?

If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

4. Click OK.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.

 

Impossible to reinstall Internet Explorer 11

Hello,

I know the very simple article you suggest.

However I already wrote that IE is no more listed in my accessories, programs, uninstall a program, etc.

I need an expert hint to force win 10 to accept reinstall a full version of IE 11 (it repeats that I already have Edge; but Edge is not IE)
