Windows 10: Thinking of buying a windows key off of gvgmall

This website says it sells windows 10 pro keys (oem) for under 20 dollars and I was thinking of purchasing one but it seems too good to be true.

Windows Keys and GVGMall

Hi,

I recently purchased keys from GVGMall.com for Windows 10 Pro OEM (Buy GTAV money, FIFA Coins, Cabal Alz, WOW Gold, Path Of Exile items, Star Wars credits at cheap price in GVGMall) and Office 2016 Pro (Buy GTAV money, FIFA Coins, Cabal Alz, WOW Gold, Path Of Exile items, Star Wars credits at cheap price in GVGMall).
The way that the key was delivered to me does not look legitimate (screenshot below). I am thinking they resold me a volume license key/MSDNAA key or something similar and marketed as OEM. I then called Microsoft sales and asked them about GVGMall and I do
not believe they understood what I was asking (probably wrong department to speak to). I am about to issue a chargeback to my credit card company, but want to see if it is legitimate or not and if not using this to strengthen my case when I issue a chargeback
and make everyone aware if this is a scam or not when they search the site.

I don't think that tool asks for a key if you are running the version of Windows you are trying to download the ISO for.
