    Thinking of using Private Vault but have concerns.


    Personally I'm a "hide the good stuff" kinda guy as opposed to here is a big VAULT but you need a 4 digit number to get in.Concern 1. The pin to get into my vault is the same as it is to get into my Windows. So assuming cyber theif including house guests is already in my Windows. All they have to do is find the vault and they win. Concern 2. Too easy to find the vault.I changed the name of the vault and hid it but the icon sticks out as different among the files I stashed it. There also might be ways to search to find the vault. Apparently I can't use a different pin? 2FA is not an option a

    my computer was stepped on, and now that i got a new one. My keepsafe private vault app cannot be retrieved.Can you help?

    OneDrive Personal Vault corrupt on Windows 11 Error Code: 0x8004100e

    Hi Javier

    I already did that. A couple of times. Most recently, as follow-on steps to your recommendation to delete my Personal Vault permanantly:

    1. Followed your steps to permanently delete Personal Vault on OneDrive web
    2. On my laptop:
      1. Disabled OneDrive backups
      2. Unlink this PC
      3. Uninstalled OneDrive application
      4. Deleted OneDrive folder
      5. Rebooted
      6. Reinstalled OneDrive
      7. Logged back in and retried Personal Vault - same error

    Thinking of using Private Vault but have concerns.

    cannot open private vault from PC. Get error 0xc03a001a

    For reasons unknown the private vault has turned from a folder into a shortcut. Now when I try to open it from the PC I get error 0xc03a001a.

    I can still open my private vault from online.

    Can anyone help?
