I downloaded and tried to set ip up to my laptop but it keeps saying below problem."thinkorswim has encountered a critical error and cannot be started. Please click Downloade and reinstall the application. THINKORSWIM app incompatible software will not operate

Dell Inspiring 15 7000 Gaming Laptop will not run Traders Platform Thinkorswim.

The laptop has no problems running Traders platform IQ Options as well as other apps.

TROUBLESHOOTING SAYS INCOMPATIBLE PROGRAMME.

The Thinkorswim app run without complication on an older Dell laptop. Why won't thinkorswim run?

Thinkorswim support adviced to change a security software block. Add app to the allowed programmes/exclusions list which has made no difference. The allop will not operate.

What settings are denying the app to run. installation is complete we cannot get it to run.
