Windows 10: ThinkPad not booting after post

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad E550. System type: 20DF00CQUKsortedOS Edit Win Pro version1909 OSBuild 10.0.18363.1316 which was activated on a digital license I believe. I have had lots of problems with the windows including half the bottom keyboard keys not working and screen fault but was able to boot into windows and used on screen keyboard/Bluetooth keyboard/mouse. I was told to add internet ms account and not local account to back up license. Now when I boot up I get: Lenovo Think press enter on splash screen Enter = 1 beep Enter + F1 = black screen Enter + F10 = black screen Enter then run do

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Thinkpad T510 is bricked after entering PIN in setup

I bought it from a reputable dealer on eBay on July 6th. No history given, except the dealer formatted theHD and tested everything. The listing says No Returns. But he may be open to an exchange. LENOVO THINKPAD T510 15.6” i5 M520 2.40ghz 4GB Ram 500gb HDD DVD RW W/ Charger | eBay
Before I press for that I'm going to try the steps you've suggested further down in this thread.
