    Thinscale Broadband Upload Speed not detected on testing


    My system is a fresh install of Windows 10 Home, and all other tests passed. I am connected via Ethernet as requested for homeworking and I have no additional apps running. I have a Gb connection, which is running fine both up and down. I have tried troubleshooting and advanced troubleshooting but the system says there is nothing to fix. Please help if you can.

    Broadband Speed Test

    I have moved to fibre broadband to 38 Mbps and I get this on my mobiles, however, not on my desktop.

    I am running the latest windows 10 software and I have updated my drives and adapters.

    When I go to Networking - Configure - Advanced and change settings to "Speed and Duplex" 100 Mbps full duplex and test the broadband speed I get 35 Mbps. However, when I switch the computer off and start again it reverts back to 10 Mbps?

    Why, if I changed the settings, does it not save them?

    Microsoft says that the fault is with my provider which is rubbish as when I change the settings I get 35 Mbps!

    Network speed test not showing history or upload speed Windows 10

    I just downloaded Network Speed Test from the MS Store but it shows only the download speed. It doesn't show the upload speed nor the history. Any suggestions, anyone?

    UK Virgin broadband upload speed

    Maybe someone from UK who using Virgin broadband knows if they can make higher speeds for upload?
    I got 155Mbps download but upload is only 11Mbps what gives my streaming shitty quality. So did someone actually try to ask Virgin if they can make higher Upload speed for extra charge? Coz I dont want to call unless I wont get answer here *Smile Thinscale Broadband Upload Speed not detected on testing :)
