Windows 10: Third Attempt to get Freezing Media Player issue resolved !!

I've asked this question in the forum more than once, and unfortunately the answers I get do not help and I've the same answers in Google's AI explanations of possible causes. However, if this is happening on both my Laptop and my Desktop, it isn't a device issue.LAPTOP: HP 255 G4 . AMD A8-7410 APU Radeon R5 Graphics 2.4 ghz. Issues with Media Player in Windows 10

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Media player. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all
  option on the left panel
• Run the Windows Media player settings and Windows Media player library

If the issue persist download the Windows media player

Windows media player freezes on windows 10

Method 1:

I suggest you to install the latest windows 10 updates, please follow the steps to install all the windows updates.

If you want to check for the update now, select the Start button , then select
Settings > Update & security >
Windows Update > Check for updates..

Let us try basic troubleshooting steps and check if it helps,

Method 2:

Run Windows Media player setting troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run Windows Media Player troubleshooter, it will automatically fix the problems with Windows media player. Please follow the steps:

1. Press Windows key + X and select
control panel.

2. Now type Troubleshooter in the search option.

3. In the search option in the new window, type Media Player and click on Windows Media Player
Settings Troubleshooter

4.And follow the prompts to complete the troubleshooter.

Method 3:

I suggest you to run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.
