Windows 10: Third Monitor locked at 640x480

Discus and support Third Monitor locked at 640x480 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I am using a Dell Latitude 5400 connected to a Dell WD19 docking station with three Dell S2340Mc monitors two connected by DVI to DisplayPort; one...     Third Monitor locked at 640x480


    I am using a Dell Latitude 5400 connected to a Dell WD19 docking station with three Dell S2340Mc monitors two connected by DVI to DisplayPort; one connected by DVI to HDMI.


    The third monitor seems to always want to be locked at 640x480 resolution. I have attempted the following:

    1. Unplug the power to the monitor, wait a few minutes and plug it back in
    2. Unplug the display cable from the monitor, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in
    3. Unplug the display cable from the docking station, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in
    4. Switch the cable from another monitor; making it go from "DVI to HDMI" to "DVI to DisplayPort"
    5. I updated the drivers using Dell's provided driver for these specific monitors
    6. Tried detecting hardware changes to the monitors in Device Manager
      • All monitors currently running DELL S2340MDigital
    7. Tried detecting hardware changes/ updating the driver to the display adapter in Device Manager
      • Currently running IntelR UHD Graphics 620
    8. Tried running Windows Updates to see if there were any updates needed

    What else can I do to make this work as intended with it set to 1920x1080 on all three monitors?

    Monitor still at 640x480. No availability to update resolution

    When I updated windows today my main monitor is stuck in 640x480. Under device manager it's showing as "Digital flat panel, 640x480"

    I am on a surface pro. Not sure what it said in device manager before upgrade because it worked fine. I have uninstalled and installed drivers, unplugged monitor for several minutes and plugged back in. Nothing appears to work.

    It's a 49 inch samsung curved ultra wide.
