Windows 10: Third party softwares non performance after PC reset

My Asus PC has the blue screen problem, so i reset the PC, but after that blue screen problem got fixed but with now a new problem, third party softwares are not working properly, ie., chrome screen is not not showing proper layout at all, its totally distorted and then VLC media player is blinking regularly, and most important thing is now i can't uninstall any of the third party app from my windows 10 ASUS pc. FYI Windows 10 was pre installed when i bought it. It's a hard drive. How to fix this ? does anyone have answer to this ?

Most of my suggestions have already been listed.

However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.
