Dear All,"This App Can't Open, there is a problem with calculator. Reinstall the application from original install location"Troubleshoot steps:I tried reset and tried to its not working.Also, we restricted use Microsoft store App.Kindly help on this!!!

Problem to open some applications

I have Windows 10 Enterprise, and i have problems to open some applications that brings windows 10,
I get I can not open the calculator application among others. The error is
"This app can't open" "Calculator cant"t be opened using the Built-in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again." I search and found that has to do with the UAC and solve this must be in
"Notify me only when apps try to makes change to my computer (default)" but in this domian it has to be
"Never notify me when:

• Apps try to install software or make changes to my computer
• I make changes to Windows settings

Someone could help me with this problem or
give me some suggestions

 

Store and Calculator apps won't open?

Hi, I'm having the same problem... Calculator won't launch, and App Store won't work: nothing happens when I try to download the calculator. I tried the troubleshooting routine above (Troublesshooting/Window App Store). I get to a step "Resolving problems.
Reset and open Windows Store". I get the error ms-windows-storePurgeCaches - The application cannot be started. Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem".

What should I try next?

I am on Windows 10 version 1607.

Stock calculator app opens and closes immediately

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem with Calculator. Did you mean the Calculator app?

**Run the troubleshooter:

Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

**Reset the Microsoft Store cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Note

A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

Press Start then search Apps and Features

Search Calculator app on the list

Click then select Advanced options

Click Terminate then Reset

Run the Calculator app again

If it doesn't work, Select Calculator App in Apps and Features then Click Uninstall

Open Microsoft Store then search for Calculator App

Click Get and Install

Launch again your Calculator
