Windows 10: "This app can't run on your pc", I don't know which app?

Dear all,Past few months my computer keeps giving the message this app can' run on your pc, to find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher.Honestly I have no idea which app is causing this since it never happens when I try to open something. Once I log in on my computer the message immediatly start to appear on my computer. Once I select to close the message, after a minute or so the message comes back which makes it really annoying to work on my pc. Is there any method to determine which app is causing this? Thanks!

Apps don´t allow 240Hz refresh rate

System is set to 240Hz every game is fine with it too, but I open shotcut or DaVinci resolve, or any installed program and it´s really laggy. I have high end PC it seems that
apps don´t allow the same refresh rate as I have on everything else. They seem to be stuck at 60. Chrome works in 240 perfectly, please can you help me ?
