Windows 10: This app can't run on your PC, I need help!

When I install the serial drive in my laptop I used this for my coding class and then when I Install the serial driver there is a message pop up says "This app can't run on your PC to find a version for your PC, check with the softwre publisher." please help me!!! I need to get my work done!!!

Let’s use the System File Checker (SFC) tool to see if it can find any missing or corrupted system files. If so, it will attempt to repair and/or replace them. Follow these steps to run an SFC scan:

• Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
• Select Command prompt admin.
• At the command prompt type “sfc /scannow” (no quotes), and then press ENTER
• Restart the computer and check.

Windows 10 Photos app doesn't run.

Windows app troubleshooter. This will identify the cause of the issue and provide you further suggestions for troubleshooting steps.

If the issue persists, you can uninstall the Photos app and reinstall it by doing the steps below:

• Type Windows PowerShell in the search box at the taksbar.
• In the search results, right click on Windows PowerShell and
  Run as administrator.
• On the Powershell prompt, type: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage.
• Press Enter.
• Once uninstalled, you can reinstall the app from this
  link.
