Windows 10: "This app can't run on your PC" when right-clicking on any folder in Windows Explorer.

Howdy. I've encountered a very odd error today that I have never seen before. I am familiar with the error message "This app can't run on your PC" which is usually associated with an application that is incompatible with a system for a variety of reasons.However, today from out of the blue, I see this message whenever I right-click on a folder, application icon or shortcut icon in Windows Explorer in order to view the Properties, or for any other reason.The message will pop up, Explorer will freeze, my SSD will run for a bit, then I will finally be able to "End Task" for Explorer. Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

It's a WIN 7 glitch, Registry problem. Could be caused by a lot of apps, especially AV/AS.

edit: haha, i just noticed that the snipping tool is completely gone from my system, it was there the other day, now its gone and its backup in winsxs wont run....god i hate windows. heck with it, i'm formatting
