    Can't play Disney Infinity 3.0 with error: "This app requires Direct3D Feature Level 10_1 or higher with compute shader support" on Windows 10

    UMP required Direct3D with feature level 9_3 or higher

    UMP apps like facebook and instagram were working a while ago.

    Recently, I tried to open these app and got error message that

    "We're sorry, to use this application you need to have direct3D with feature level 9_3 or higher"

    My laptop is surface book2 15' 512G, how do I solve this problem?
