Windows 10: "This Computer Already Has 4 Partitions", Yet only 2 Show/"Exist"

I have a Client right now who attempted to fix his laptop's hard drive for some reason, and has contacted HP to use a HP system Diagnostics installer, supposedly, to successfully remove a BIOs password on his system. Now he's attempting to use this program again, with the error, "This computer already has 4 Partitions, Additional Partitions cannot be created." Constantly showing up in response. In spite of this, when I check my clients' Disk manager only 2 Partitions are Shown, with no other additional Partitions, nor hints of a recovery Disk or otherwise in the slightest available. If anyone can figure out what is either causing this, or possibly how I can remove these additional "partitions," I would greatly appreciate it.

For Specific Details, his is a 250GB SSD HP Pro book 6570b laptop with Windows 10 Pro, and nothing else so far in terms of additional OS's. Just Noting this Down here in case It might be a Manufacturer's hardware defect, or possibly something similar.

[/quote] Yes, I've done that step, and so far the Disk space viewable seems to match up to the Disk partitions in Cmd. The only outlier visible so far is some strange volume of 0 mb, in the volume section, but otherwise nothing different from what I already can see. I've included a screenshot to show for anything I've possibly missed.

There are certainly only 2 partitions on the disk. The 0B volume E is the (empty) DVD drive.

I don't know why the software would consider there are 4. What is the name of this HP diagnostic software? Someone else here may have used it (not me I'm afraid).

 

In terms of the Software my Client was emailed by HP, I've Screenshotted the Full details, and Name of the File Itself.

I know nothing about this program but why run a diagnostics program for UEFI on a BIOS PC?

EFI systems will have 2 extra partitions - the 100 MB EFI System partition (number 2 in my list above) and the Microsoft Reserved 16MB (number 3). The program could be just assuming these exist.

Honestly it shouldn't even work - it should check it is running on a UEFI computer.
