Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

I am trying to upgrade to windows 11 but the Microsofts control program tells me that my processor is not supported for windows 11 despite the fact that in Microsofts own list of compatible processors, my processor is listed (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU).

Why is that ?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
