My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5 I7 10th gen, NVIDIA GTX 1650TI. I have noticed a lot of people with Acer have this problem, and Acer doesn't respond unless you have a warranty. idk whats wrong, my gpu doesnt work because off the PCIe - My laptop turns off randomly and when it restarts, the gpu is there but than you cant play any games as when its used, i will get a frozen screen and the gpu disappears again, How can this be fixed or does acer have a faulty product that they don't want to call back and get fixed for the customers.

Code10 error is generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, caused due outdated or corrupted drivers.

• What is the make and model of your device?

I suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run Hardware troubleshooter as it will help in resolving the issues with hardware and resolve any simple issues found.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.

dGPU not being detected whatsoever by Windows

Opening it in Device Manager gives this:

'This device cannot start. (Code 10)



An ACPI Power Object failed to transition state'

and going into events it says that the device has a problem starting, even though the inf files were used to configure it.

 

Dedicated GPU causes crash and then detected only after updates.

During about a week of testing, while using the GPU, Windows crashed 3 times with the card not more detected after restart. Twice it was detected again after the Windows 10 repair installation that you suggested me, but after yesterday's crash and 4 repair installations, attempted troubleshooting and updates, I can't get the GPU detected and it is reporting a Code 10 error (This device cannot start. An ACPI Power Object failed to transition state) on a PCI Express Root Port or an Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller - 0C01 (depending on driver installed through Windows Update).

There's something else I could try? Thanks in advance.
