This has nothing to do with my email which the answer I recieved was about. My problem is that my scanner message was cannot connect after troubleshooting, After an update, which there is usually some problem after an update.

Microsoft Rewards Emails

Ive recently recieved a few emails from microsoft saying I can answer a question for points, but when i answer and log in, i dont recieve the points. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

 

Outlook send/recieve issue

You mentioned that is doesn't appear to be connected to other apps. Have you observed the fault happening in Outlook with nothing else running, no apps or browsers?
