Windows 10: This is a hardone , I hope not. Windows 10 Computer running a simulator that shares 7 computers

HiWe have Crane simulator. It runs in Windows 7 Pro. I cloned the computers to new hard drives and it runs fine.If I upgrade the Instructor Main to Windows 10 I get access denined when the sim trys to run. The instructor needs to be on the Internet.I tried upgradeing all to 10. No changeit uses static IP on all computers 192.168.10.XX No DNS NO GATEWAYthe batchfile that start it runs this commandstart /MIN CMD.exe /C "C:\program files x86 /XXXX/XXXX/simulator.exe" i XX the real name not sure if I should. there are othere batch files and they use wolcmd to remote start all the slave

Sharing a local printer to computers running both windows 7 and windows 10

• Have you connected all the three device (Windows 7, Windows 10 and printer) in home group network?

If you have connected all the three device in home group network then I
suggest you to run home group troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Home Group.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Also I suggest you to disconnect the Windows 10 computer and connect the Windows 7 computer directly to Windows 7 computer and check if the issue persists or not.

How can I share a folder with a computer on my local network that is running Windows 7?

I just got a new computer running Windows 10 and I would like to share a folder with another computer on my local network that is running Windows 7? How do I set that up? The computer I want to share the folder with is listed under other devices, and under
Network in File Explorer on my computer.

 

How to reinstall Windows 10 if my computers used the free upgrade from 7 and 8?

Will windows 10 still accept the license keys from 7 and 8 now if I reinstall my computer?

Does Microsoft keep a list of users who upgraded to Win 10 using their 7 and 8 keys so that when users need to reinstall windows 10 the old keys would work?

Do I need to call in Microsoft to ask them to activate my Windows 10 when I give them my win 7 keys?

Both computers are laptops. The windows 7 machine had the serial printed on the back, and I needed to enter that when I upgraded to 10. The windows 8 machine had the serial built in inside its boot system so I didn't need to enter the key when I upgraded to 10, but I did manage to write down the keys using a fetcher program.
