Windows 10: This is aggravating . . .

My computer is a Dell laptop.Running Windows 10.Many times, when I click on a shortcut.To watch a movie. I get this graphic.What's worse is. Some times,it puts up a puzzle. I have trouble with.It's says, due to my traffic on the internet.What . . . I'm online too much?Nobody else, uses this computer.I use, Norton Anti-Virus. So, I'm safe.Is there, anyway to stop this?Thanks for reading . . . Jerry

I will do my best to take it step by step and ignore the aggravation of having to be arsed in the first place.
On that note: can anyone suggest a good guide on how to familiarize myself with the intricasies of Win 10? Like I said I've been using windows since its inception but the new version has some quirks I'm not familiar with.

drop downs time out too fast

on url's where i'm to select from a drop down list, the list stays displayed only a second or two, then disappears -- this happens not matter the site -- do not know what to look for to find correction and enable list to be displayed until selection made;
scan disk run with nothing to show -- any suggestions out there for a fix? is so aggravating --

HTC Touch Diamond - Alarm Clock Won't Shut Off!

Many thanks to DIzzyM for suggesting the solution, and also to jtwjtw for clearly pointing out step by step where to find it. Is it just me or is the Touch Diamond just full of aggravating little glitches like this?
