    I haven’t used my laptop in a while we just moved here last year so I’m just not using it again and it keeps telling me I need administrator rights to change things I’m just trying to play my Sims four game but I Can’t download it because of administrative rights I looked on YouTube and Google and it kept telling me to either change my rights in user account control but I can’t change his account control because the prompts keep popping up and The yes button is gone I looked on YouTube to find a solution to that and it told me to enter safe mode and I can’t enter safe mode and start up setting
