Windows 10: This is gonna be a rollercoaster but if you can help pls do

I haven’t used my laptop in a while we just moved here last year so I’m just not using it again and it keeps telling me I need administrator rights to change things I’m just trying to play my Sims four game but I Can’t download it because of administrative rights I looked on YouTube and Google and it kept telling me to either change my rights in user account control but I can’t change user account control because the prompts keep popping up and The yes button is gone I looked on YouTube to find a solution to that and it told me to enter safe mode and I can’t enter safe mode and start up settin

I suggest you to reinstall the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” tab.
• Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select
  previous the version of Windows (Windows 8) from the drop down list.

Let the game setup file install and then check the functionality

I am having the same problem but have tried installing the game in compatibility mode with no luck

Any other suggestions?
