Windows 10: This is real??? about keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11 and Photoshop shortcuts

I am a profesional photo retoucher. I switched from Mac to Windows recently. Well in a way a big kick in my bottom part of my back. But not at all, of course. Windows also has great things. But the worst and essential in my work, windows workflow is a joke compare Mac Os. I cant works so fast as I did my whole career. Is not about I dont know windowds so well etc. Is about an especific software behavior itself running in windows. Mostly about the use of the keyboard and shorcuts workflow. As all the pro user in any area or software, I use my own user keyboard shorcuts. And, man, I cant use the

:)

Keyboard shortcuts to open programs:

Create a shortcut on the desktop to whatever program you want. Right click -> Properties and fill in the field there. Sadly the shortcut needs to remain on the desktop, but you can hide it.

Fun fact: If you had keyboard shortcuts for programs pinned to your Windows 7 start menu, those shortcuts still work when you update to Windows 10.

Some Photoshop shortcuts quit working

No. I never bought into the creative cloud. Ctrl+Alt+C is listed as the proper shortcut but doesn't work. Ctrl+Alt+, does work but I wrote that one.
Maybe a Windows update killed the keyboard driver. Changed the driver to something different. It is a Mac keyboard & has always worked fine on my computers.
