Windows 10: This is starting to get frustrating. Why does Windows keep adding new keyboards?!

I tried to live with it, but it is so annoying. I have a Czech copy of Windows 11 pro on my PC, set to english. I like to use the Czech QWERTY keyboard layout, because it has all the characters like ěščřžýáíé, but it also uses QWERTY idk why Czech defaults to QWERTZ anyways. I also want to have an English keyboard, in case I need some characters that arent on the Czech keyboard or idk how to write them on it. Anyways, back to the point. I used Czech QWERTZ and Czech Programming keyboards at one point, but then I decided to uninstall them. But for some reason, they keep coming back at reboot

Windows keeps automatically adding EN-US keyboard layout

That doesnt work anymore, language isnt in control panel

can i get new instructions?

 

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
