Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

 

"We can't sign in to your account" error message

I've been getting this error message and have been unable to sign in to my account for over a week now.

I'm running Windows 10. I am attempting to sign in to an @outlook.com email address username. I can log in to my account online, so it doesn't seem like the issue is with the account itself. I've also checked for Windows updates and as of this evening my
device is up to date.

I have tried:

• Signing out and trying to sign back in (many times)
• Signing out, restarting and trying to sign back in (many times)
• Disabling my anti-virus software
• Changing my account password
• Running the system file checker

I did create a new local administrator account, but I don't want to delete my account because I have all my settings exactly how I want them and I'd like to figure out how to log in with my original account if that is at all possible.

I've been searching and I realize this is a fairly common issue, but I have tried all of the suggested fixes that I could make sense of/felt comfortable trying and haven't had any luck.

I'm open to suggestions on what else I can try to solve the problem if anyone has any. If anyone can offer any help or a solution, I would really appreciate it.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.
