Windows 10: This isnt opening when I click it

Really do not know what to do, whenever I click it, it shows the little white flash like its going to open, and then it just doesn't. Its the little section of the taskbar with the internet, sound, and battery icons.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I want to change the default win10 video player to something that isnt in the list of suggested programs.

Hey, there isnt any 110/33.. etc

The is list is like this: [133/33,134/34,135/34...]
my default is 133/33 but now i step it to 134/34 and my CPU becomes 2.41Ghz...

Running with no problems... should I step up again?
