Windows 10: This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10

After upgrading, I went to update to 20H2. During the install process, at 35% a window pops up saying "Making...     This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10


    I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. After upgrading, I went to update to 20H2.


    During the install process, at 35% a window pops up saying "Making sure you're ready to install" and a few moments later it says <check image below>


    My laptop is a HP Spectre x360 with Windows 10 already installed out of the box. I did not change any hardware.


    I can't afford a clean install as I need my files and apps. When trying to boot from an installer from the Media Creation Tool the same error pops up.


    Edit: My friend with the same laptop can update.
