Windows 10: This PC can't run Windows 11 with 9600KF + ASROCK Z390M-itx

Hello, I've been tring to install Windows 11 but keep getting the msg "This PC can't run Windows 11"CPU: 9600KF, MB: ASROCK Z390M-itxhardware should be compatible, already googled and enabled "TPM" and "Secure Boot" in BIOS but still doesn't work, getting the same msg. It's a fresh install, there's no other system to run the win11 check. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

Go to the support page for your Z390M-ITX/ac Motherboard on the ASrock website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed

Wait to see if your system stabilizes, if not, the best option is to download the widely available free utility MemTest86, then run a full 4 pass scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors
