Windows 10: This pc meets windows 11 requirements but installer says This PC Can't run Windows 11

I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 11 on my computer the Windows 10 install was an in place upgrade from 7 and has just gotten really slow so I want to do a clean install, NOT an in place upgrade According to the PC Health Check, "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements":Windows Update says "Windows 11, Version 22H2 is ready-and it's free!" with a "Download and Install" button; but I want a clean install so I used the media creation tool to make a bootable USB drive and tried to install Windows 11 that way and it stops after selecting the version and says "This PC can't run Windows 11

Windows 10 Update says my PC meets all system requirements for Windows 11. Upon install it says This PC cannot run Windows 11.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.

 

Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?

The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?

On health test says my pc not meet requirements for windows 11 install due to processor. It is i3-6006u, under the list of approved processors it is listed.
