    This PC not responding


    MY Win 10 pc has stopped displaying files when i hit This PC or the documents folder .
    I attach a screen shot .
    I have tried scanning and doing all the usual checks but it still happens.
    This PC not responding [​IMG]

    I have left it for hours and it just stays the same everything else works fine if i take the mouse cursor off the this PC window i can run files on the desktop and browse fine its just i cant look at anything in the document folder or This PC folder.

    • When did this issue start?
    • Did you make any changes on the computer prior to this issue?
    • What was the exact error code/message that you received?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
