Windows 10: This PC will run Windows 11...yet it also says Your PC does not meet the needed requirements

The above is the message what I get from PC Health Check when I click Device Specifications. In the pc health check all the listed checks are checked off with a green checkmark. So I'm confused. It says my PC will run Windows 11 yet it also says it does not currently meet the needed requirements. It also tells me that I can continue getting Windows 10 updates or shop for a new PC that does meet the requirements. I believe my PC does meet all the requirements, and I do want to upgrade to Windows 11 but I'm nervous and hesitant to

PC Health check may be overly pessimistic. Running an in-place upgrade from the Windows 11 ISO also check system requirements. I Have a PC where the Health Check says 'no', but Windows 11 Setup says 'yes'. They can't both be right....

There are some more requirements that the PC Health app checks besides secure boot and TPM 2.0. There is a list of supported processors too.
