Windows 10: This site can't be reached on almost all websites

Hello, I have a problem accesing almost all websites on my laptop since new Windows update. There's no problem reaching them on different device phone connected to the same Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot so probably it's not about internet connection. The same websites don't open on both Google Chrome and Opera. It's the same for Microsoft Edge too. These are things I already did I followed steps shown in various videos about solving this problem but they didn't work:•Cleared cache, cookies and browsing history•Re-installed all browsers•Reset network interface adapter•Windows' network diagnostic

Sorry that I saw it only 3 days after you sent t to me. Hotmail had pushed your answer in the junk section, so I missed it. The problem with not reaching that website got solved two days after my question to you, as it was suddenly reachable as usual. So
probably the problem was based on the server's side of that website. Just strange, that during the trouble to reach it by my wifi, it was working on the data transfer by my cell's sim card.
