Windows 10: This "software update" Looks quite out of place

So this “software update” looks a bit out of place and i would just like to know what program this is from it appeared after i downloaded visual studio 2019 from unity after malwarebytes and windows security scans nothing is detected but it looks very out of place https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/810127193019121717/814529657767854160/unknown.png if you know what this is from please help, i have tried to reverse image search and there is no results telling me if you know where or what this is from would help me a lot Thank you

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Cant place icons on certain places on dekstop

We appreciate the information you've provided. We suggest downloading the latest update, KB4020102, to see if that resolves your concern with the icon placement.
To do that, go to Settings > Update & Security
> Check for Updates.

We also recommend changing the desktop icon settings. To access it, follow these steps:

• 
  Click Start.
  
• 
  Type Themes and press Enter.
  
• 
  Click Change desktop icons.
  
• 
  Uncheck Allow themes to change desktop icons.
  
• 
  Click Apply.
  
• 
  Click OK.
  

After installing the latest updates and changing the desktop icon settings, check if you can place icons on the left side of your screen.
