Windows 10: This stupid error code 0x80070422 is bugging me everwhere

Hi,I have a error,and the code is 0x80070422, I have tried everything I know but it doesent work,I have sent few screenshots for solving the problem.So when I found out this error when I wanted to install world of tanks blitz form microsoft store, when presed install,it said that my windows update is disabled,I then pressed the troubleshoot button and run the windows update troubleshoot but it said that it couldnt find the probelm,the moment i gone into the windows update section in setting to check what's heppening, I was suprised to see a white blank screen,only blank,I waited a long time for the screen to load but then I closed the setting.I have also tried restating the windows update services,it was stopped form the begaining but not before the problem came,but whenever I put it in atumaticdelayed start,it get stopped again after sometime and problem presists,plz help this error code is worser than i thought

A Cribbage Classic App accidentally deleted...I would like to re-instate is now showing an error code: 0x80070422 is this fixable?

 

Vista error, barely can run anything.
