Keep getting the message, "This title is powered by great new features in the windows insider program."Having issues downloading Fallout on the Microsoft Store. I don't believe I would need the Windows Insider program. I believe it could be a connection issue since the Windows is LTSC and is being used in another country at the moment. Would a new version of Windows help or is it just the connection issue? Edition Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Version 1809 OS build 17763.5696

Why are built-in programs starting to show up in Programs and Features

After last month's Windows Updates, I noticed Remote Desktop was listed under Programs and Features as an uninstallable program. After this month's updates, Paint is now listed. Is Microsoft rolling out some new OS unbundling strategy one step at a time or something?

 

I am on build 1607, and yet windows store is BROKEN and says: this title is powered by great new features in the free windows anniversary update

I'm on build 1607

I'm trying to download paint 3d

the "get" button is greyed out and above it is text saying "this title is powered by great new features in the free windows anniversary update"

but again, I am on build 1607. I have the anniversary update.

so I can't download items from the store because it's just broken...
