    Windows 10 will not shut down due to a phantom app that cannot be stopped

    Hi, I am running Windows 10 64 bit version 1709 as the result of a big update a few days ago

    Its now 14th December 2017

    Now shutdown fails because it says there is an app running that cannot be stopped.

    Task manager shows no apps running.

    The shutdown anyway option works OK

    Touchscreen keyboard does not type Greek accented letters

    Thanks for the response!

    The worst problem is the absence of any reaction - I reported that on December 14th 2017 and as of today April 24th 2018, nothing has happened! 5 long months and for something which represents a minor keyboard flaw! I never thought that Microsoft could be
    so unprofessional! Needless to say that I'm never going to buy a Windows phone or tablet again!
