Windows 10: Thousands and Thousands and Thousands of unsuccessful log in attempts over 5 ++ years

It this normal? It has been going on for 5+ years. Thousands and thousands of unsuccessful attempts. A bot using a VPN/TOR? Should I care? The few times I contacted Microsoft they did not seem to care. I have 2fa and STRONG PWS! I dont click weird links. I apologize there are many examples. But this has been ongoing without pause, I believe for 5+ years.THESE ARE OLDER EXAMPLES. I accidentally clicked the wrong ones. My concern is my CC and PII/PID that might not be leaked is associated with this account and someone wants to get inside. PLEASE no matter who you are contact me here

Thousands of WHEA event19 errors in system log

I have a Lenovo laptop at a client that is excruciatingly slow on Windows 10. System event log is full of thousands of WHEA Event 19 errors but I have no clue how to interpret the info it is giving. I was hoping someone here can tell me what the problem might be.

Thanks Andreiaz for the reply. I think I didn't explain my question well. I just want to confirm whether the actions mentioned above in my query leads to "Try again in several thousand minutes"? I know that in such situation, there are only two options.
Wait for several thousand minutes (Off course, no one can wait for such time as it may be in years) or a hard reset. Could you please confirm whether the above stated actions leads to such situation or otherwise?
