Windows 10: Thread locking after one response

Why in the world would a thread be locked after only one response? That one response by an independent advisor could be totally wrong, so it should in no way be the end of the issue. Who is granted the authority to lock a thread? I see threads locked that definitely do not resolve issues - correctly.

My problem is in viewing youtube vdeos the picture zooms to a small part of the picture as soon as play is pressed.

One suggestion somewhere was that the thread was locked which I dont understand and that I should unlock it to access overlay????

No Lock screen in Windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.
