Windows 10: Three MS Id's Two Computers

A family member has two computers both logging in with different accounts one old and one new. The new computer has a new outlook account , the old computer has been logging to MS with a non MS email address for years. This person has an old live.com email for an unused XP computer as well.The question is how to get the two newer computers under the same roof on the Microsoft server . Logging with a different account does not get this done. We need to change the email address/account associated with one computer so when the user logs into the Microsoft both devices are listed under one accou

Change device log in from MS ID to Office 365 ID

Thank you for your suggestion, however I believe this is the appropriate forum. The need for an MS ID is now fundamental to the Windows OS. My question relates to the ability to remove the current MS ID from Windows 10 for which there doesn't seem to be
an option. If there were I would have been able to replace it with the Office 365 ID.

Unfortunately your reply is a kin to many of the articles I have read; they don't really give an answer merely suggest further reading, which in turn don't provide a solution. For example, I now understand how to create an alias to @hotmail, I've explored
Azure and delved in to Office 365 options, none of which help. Yet is it really necessary to have a PhD in computer science to make something work in MS!? Surely there must be a simple solution to what is a basic principle of account management?

After all, I only want to change my devices from a free to a paid MS service!

• Click on Start and type: Command Prompt.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
• Press Enter. That should give you the product key to type in the activation.
