Windows 10: Three of my 7z archives that I download from MEGA are being detected as Wacatac or Phonzy...

This started at 1:51 PM, when I downloaded one of my 7z archives from MEGA with Brave Browser, and when the download completed, it was immediately detected as "Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml". Every other file I download in MEGA except for three 7z archives is not detected. Another detection that has come up for one other file is "Trojan:Script/Phonzy.A!ml".After that, to see if it was just those files, I did something where I made a completely different 7z archive, uploaded it to MEGA, and re-downloaded it, and it was not detected. I already tried to update Windows Defender's virus definitions, b

How to open a .7z file

When you right click the 7z file does it give an option to Open archive. If so do that and you should see the file within the 7z archive.

If you can see the file in the archive you should have the option to Extract on the toolbar.

Edit:

You need to select Show more options to see the 7 zip option.

 

How to Extract .7z.001 files

Posted a similar question, but left out some important details.

I know how to extract them normally, but the file I downloaded only came with one part, I've tried downloading it again and downloading it elsewhere but I always get the standalone 7z.001 file, no other parts. When
I try to extract it, it says "Unexpected end of data".

I am able to open the archive, but there is another one inside, and I cant open it or extract it.

so the file tree would go Sample.7z.001 > Sample.7z > Sample.txt
